Smilies in blog comments

hello guys,
i have version 2.5.3 and i want smilies in blogs and blog comments.
i change the files in lib.account_blog.php and account_blog_edit.tpl. The smilies are there but i cant insert the smilies in textarea.
In which file i musst still make changes?
