I have an idea of what you may mean, but that could be way off what you're thinking about.

Can you explain more precisely what it is you're thinking of, perhaps by way of an example of the process you're wanting to happen?

I think he need something like this ...

Perhaps not that style, but I imagine he wants to be able to select a member, click a nice link that says "Send message", which pops up another nice little box with a text area, and a "Send" button

But when Admin is in the Control Panel, all they have to do is send a message to another user via
Communicate >> Compose message
All Admin needs to do is "Send to group" = none, and, "Send to user" = User's username
bingo, member gets a message from Admin

So johnwh either isn't aware of that Control Panel area, or he has something completely different in mind.

If it isn't via the built-in "Communicate" feature, then what does he have in mind?

we can create field in cpanel and then we load this field in members account this field can Including any things like -- links or text or picture and etc ... how we can create this field in cpanel ??? and then how we can load this in member account (account_home) ???? i want show this for all users this is like a broadcast message i do not need style i need to create this field and save to database !!!
