MOD FOR FEATURED PROFILES?

Is there a free mod on here for me to feature members from locations? Example is have all members from alabama featured on http://www.singlesharmony.com/page/online_dating/alabama_dating/ and have a set amount and then the rest will feature on a page two then three so on so fourth?

but maybe I can make a tutorial how to do.

But how are you making your location page ?
please tell me so I know your thoughts ...

I make a search on vldpersonals forum and found nothing !
so I don´t know how they make location page.
