Profiles without picture to appear in main page as well

I would like a picture to appear e.g. (Our Logo) under "New members" in main page when people register even if users have not uploaded a picture. How do I do that?

Usually on VLDPersonals main page, when new members register and upload their photo during registration, their profile pic appears in the main page under "New Members" right?

But not everyone upload their pics during registration process. Some upload it at a very later stage. So if people do not upload their picture during their registration process, then their profile wont be shown under "New Members" in the main page.

So, if people do not intend to upload picture during their registration process, I want a default picture, for e.g. our company logo, to display in their profiles by default. If this is the case, their profile will show up in the main page under "New Members" with our company logo picture. So how do I go about doing it?

Okey now I understand but it is very strange that
vldpersonals don´t had done this from the beginning.
so we could check/uncheck it in cp if we need it or not.

You can change this in homepage.tpl
