How do I fined a programmer to modify my wibsite

I need to explain when we connect. but it involves modifying script, PHP, etc.. I have other projects too. I need help once in a while. I am trying to make little improvements here and there and need someone who knows VLD. I am in the Los Aneles area, if that matters, and my site is adult..
