If we need to have more links in top menu you can find it in header.tpl

find this code in header.tpl (it should be the same in all versions)

Example: If you have a fag page you can insert this link instead. (it have a title it is better for seo)

look at your site.css

div#usernav_wrap { }

    div#usernav { }

look at this maybe it can solve your problems …

okey we can make it very easy using <center></center> tags but I recommend to use css instead.
